These two modernised, Bord Failte approved, self-catering cottages are 7 km from Carrick-on-Shannon in County Roscommon. They are sited, in a quiet rural area, close to many lakes and the River Shannon. There is a lake boat available with the cottages.

Each cottage is well equipped with central heating, colour TV, microwave and open fires. There are two double bedrooms to accommodate 4 people and bed linen is provided. There is an excellent pub, with traditional music, a short drive away.
