Located on the Shannon-Erne Waterway, Belerne River Village lies in the heart of County Cavan’s famous 365 lakes. The town of Belturbet (1 mile) has a host of public houses and restaurants. There are 3 golf courses within a few minutes drive and horse riding is available locally at a number of top class Riding Centres.

The cottages have three bedrooms, two upstairs have en-suite facilities. The third bedroom downstairs is adjacent to the bathroom. The lounge/kitchen is open plan with a patio door from the dining room to the paved patio.

Heating is by electric storage heaters and solid fuel stove. All cottages are fully furnished to a high standard and include all linen; TV and VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils.
