Situated between Tulla and Feakle, County Clare, Ireland, Clondanagh Cottage B&B is set in the heart of the East Clare Lakelands, in a beautiful and unspoilt corner of the West of Ireland, on 43-acre donkey farm with private lake frontage onto the beautiful Clondanagh Lake.
Clondanagh Cottage B&B offers an excellent standard of accommodation for the visitor.  It provides home cooking with a vast breakfast menu. Packed lunches and evening meals are available by arrangement and it also holds a wine licence. Outdoors, guests have full access to the gardens - front and rear, with stunning views over the open countryside. There is a large paved courtyard with BBQ facilities and a south-facing sundeck, overlooking Clondanagh Lake - as an optional dining area.
Fishing
There are 40 other lakes within a 10-mile radius and Clondanagh offers free use of its rowing boat to guests. Ideally situated in the midst of the East Clare Walkway with the Clondanagh Lake Loop Walk running by its front door. A complete range of coarse fishing tackle is also available for hire. 

The Tulla catchment area has over 1400 acres of well stocked lakes with more than 40 of these lakes within a ten-mile radius of  our cottage and angling waters are well serviced with car parks, piers, stiles for easy access, fishing platforms and boats for hire. Clondanagh also offers expert advice on the local fisheries, with excellent maps and up to date information on the best spots.  At the Angling Centre there are storage sheds, tackle room with drying facilities and bait fridges and bait can be ordered in advance of your trip.  Able to supply a complete stock of seat boxes, rods - feeder and float, landing nets and keep nets, platforms and umbrellas and, of course, a large selection of terminal tackle.  All you need for a coarse angling holiday is here. As well as fishing, County Clare is a great area for walking, bird watching, kayaking, bicycling and all outdoor activities. 

Glendree Cottage, few minutes drive from Clondanagh, is ideal for families and fishermen who want to be self sufficient. Perfect for anglers, this self-catering house comes with its own 19ft lake boat and trailer (FREE for use of guests), which can be launched on any of the many surrounding lakes including Lough Derg which is only 25 minutes drive away. Glendree Cottage also offers FREE use of pike rods and reels to its guests.  And for those seeking an alternative days fishing, Glendree is only 45 minutes from the coast and there is FREE use of sea fishing rods and reels.
