Aurora House:
 A large house, the “Aurora” is 140 m2 and is well equipped to accommodate up to 10 persons in five bedrooms. Two rooms with double beds and three rooms with bunk beds. There are three bathrooms in the house all are furnished with shower, toilet and washbasin. One is suitable for wheelchair users while another has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge- freezer, sink, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery to accommodate your dining needs..
The lounge area like the rest of the house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The house is built in a traditional architecture with a grass roof and log style panelling.
The Centre would like our guests to enjoy the midnight sun in the summer and the northern lights in the winter, so all the bedrooms have access to the terrace so that you can experience the beautiful view over the fjord and the northern lights dancing around on an arctic night. But you can also experience this in the comfort of the lounge area through the large panoramic windows and the skylight in the roof.
The midnight sun can be seen between the period of June 1 to July 10. The house “Aurora” is located in and surrounded by the nature, 40m from the sea, and 110m from the mountain.
 Tyttebæra, Blåbæra, Krøkebæra Cabins:
These well-equipped wilderness cabins are 45m2 and can accommodate up to 6 persons in two bedrooms, (one room with a double bed , one room with a bunk bed), in one loft (1-2 persons), and on a sofa bed (1-2 persons). Each cabin has a kitchen with cooker, fridge, sink, comfortable dinning area, cooking utensils and cutlery etc. There is one bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The lounge area is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our cabins are built in a traditional architecture with a grass roof and log style panelling. The interior is also built up of wood panelling with a log beam roof construction. Our cabins are also suitable for wheelchair users. There is a balcony were you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fjord (and the midnight sun in the period from June 1 to July 10 if clear weather). All cabins are located in and sorrounded by the nature, 50m from the sea and 100m from the mountain.
Small Cabin :
 The small cabin with two rooms is 18 m2 and can accommodate 4 persons, 2 in each room. Each room has a mini kitchen-corner with a cooking top, fridge, sink, small dinning area which is equipped with some cooking utensils and cutlery, etc., and a bunk bed. There is no bathroom with shower, only one toilet and one washbasin. For shower you are free to use the service building facilities on the campsite.
Our rooms are built in a traditional architecture with log style panelling. There is a balcony were you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fjord and mountains (and the midnight sun in the period from June 1 to July 10 if clear weather).
Campsite:
The campsite has 30 caravan/camper places with electricity. The service building has showers, toilets and a laundry and there is a playground for young children.

Andøy Friluftssenter (Andøy Outdoor Centre) in Risøyhamn is beautifully situated in a large wilderness area, between a fjord and mountains with marshes, forests and slopes full of animal and bird life. The centre is located 50m from the sea and 100m from a mountain, and it is perfect for those who like wildlife, birds and fishing. 
Accommodation at the Centre is self-catering.
Alternatively, the Andøy Friluftssenter serves farmhouse cuisine and provides a taste of the wilderness through its traditional and contemporary meals made from the farm’s own uncultivated resources. 
The fishing season in rivers and lakes for salmon, trout, etc. starts June 15 and ends August 30. Here are some of the best salmon river/lakes in Northern Norway. To fish salmon etc. you need a national fishing licence and a local fishing permit.
You can fish in the sea/ fjord all year, but you can fish for artic char and sea trout only from June to February, and for salmon from July to February.
