Would you like to fish in one of the most beautiful alpine valleys, on a romantic stream of clean, clear water? Peter Kofler, owner of our guest house at St. Veit i. Defereggen, in the Eastern Tyrol, has 18 km and two tributaries of the Upper Schwarzach river teeming with fish, many rainbow trout of excellent size. The fishing season runs from end of June to end of October, with a catch of three fish per angler each day.
